Enhanced access
In order to improve access to general practice services and promote good health for all the population, GP practices across the country have been asked to offer more appointments to patients, across the PCN, outside of their current core opening hours of 8am and 6:30pm. Swaffham and Downham Primary Care Network will be providing these services.

Accessibility and parking
Our practice is designed to provide easy access for disabled patients. A wheelchair is available and there are two tarmac parking spaces designated for disabled drivers and emergency vehicles.
