NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Norfolk and Waveney wish to engage with local patients to advise how additional appointments available at local GP surgeries should develop over the coming years. The CCGs developed a patient survey asking for our patients thoughts and feedback. The survey can be accessed through this link; www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/improved_access_for_patients_NW_STP or downloaded from our website here: Improved Access to Primary Care
